At DressJet.in, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a straightforward return and refund process.


1. RETURN POLICY

1.1 Timeframe

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

1.2 Reverse Shipment Fee

  • A fee of up to ₹150 per item may be deducted as per our Fair Usage Policy.

1.3 Return Pickup Attempts

  • Return pickups will be scheduled within 24–48 hours from the date of your request.
  • A maximum of three pickup attempts will be made.

1.4 Service Availability

  • Reverse pickup services are subject to availability in your area.

1.5 Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must meet the following conditions:
    • Unused and in their original condition.
    • Returned with the original packaging, tags, and invoice.

      Please note that leather jacket purchases are eligible for store credit refunds only. Due to the premium nature and specialized care requirements of leather products, we do not offer cash refunds on leather jackets. Returns of leather jackets in original, unworn condition may be exchanged for store credit that can be used toward future purchases.

1.6 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Intimate apparel, personal care items, and hygiene-related products.
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Clearance or “final sale” items.

Leather Jackets - Store Credit Only Policy

Please note that leather jacket purchases are eligible for store credit refunds only. Due to the premium nature and specialized care requirements of leather products, we do not offer cash refunds on leather jackets. Returns of leather jackets in original, unworn condition may be exchanged for store credit that can be used toward future purchases.

  • Refunds are processed only for items that pass the inspection process.
  • If an item is deemed ineligible for return, it will be sent back to you.

2.2 Refund Methods

For COD Orders:

  • Refunds will be transferred to your bank account or issued as store credit.
  • You will need to provide your bank details during the return initiation process.

For Prepaid Orders:

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

2.3 Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is approved.

3. RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES

  • Defective/Damaged Items:
    • Return shipping charges will be covered by DressJet.in.
  • Other Returns:
    • Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges, unless otherwise specified.

4. EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Exchanges are accepted for size or color changes, subject to product availability.
  • The process for exchanges is the same as the return process.
